Technical Characteristics

Cabinet in steel, finely epoxy-painted, insulated with radiation-proof and sound-proof material.
Centrifugal fan with dual air intake, particularly silent, with monophase three-speed low absorption electric motor directly coupled.
Electric Euipment. Includes the double FAN-LIMIT thermostat for automatic or manual fan control and for emergency stopping of the burner. Environmental thermostat for automatic regulation with start and stop switch. Switch for changing fan speed.
Oil-fired burner with mechanical self-aspirating pulverisation, complete with control module and electronic control for automatic functioning, flexible tubes and line filter.
Air filter with easy to extract and clean regenerable filtering cell in polyurethane foam.
Adjustable gratings for air diffusion with tilted fins.

COMMERCIAL OIL FIRED CABINET HEATERS

Warm air heating is long proven as a comfortable low cost alternative to boiler systems for many showrooms, retail and commercial premises. The aesthetic compact design combines form with function whilst the purpose designed burner housed within a sound insulated compartment allows warmth without the instrusion of excessive noise.

SPECIFICATION

Application: a range of oil fired commercial cabinet heaters, vertical floor mounted suitable for commercial premises where a smaller and quieter unit is required.

Casing: manufactured from electro zinc coated steel sheet finished with durable stove enamelled epoxy polyester powder paint.

Heat Exchanger: formed and welded from 304/316 stainless and 43A steel.

Burner: concealed (in cabinet) high efficiency Riello pressure jet suitable for operation on 28 or 35 second fuel and complete with flame monitoring safety controls. Commercial oil fired heaters are supplied with a loose fusible link, fire valve and oil filter.

Controls: heaters are ready for automatic operation and are complete with a loose control panel including seven day time clock, room and frost protection thermostats and a facility to enable ‘fan only' summer air movement.

Air Distribution: via a quiet yet powerful 2 speed centrifugal fan with adjustable outlet grilles which effectively discharge the warm air directly into the area to be heated. Alternatively the grilles can be removed to provide a connection for a ductwork system.

Testing: every heater is individually inspected, test fired and safety function tested prior to despatch.
